The bathtub apart from the hairs and trimmings was filthy. There were beard trimmings all over the sink area and hadn't been cleaned, as well as beard trimmings and very long hairs in and around the bathtub area. My room was only in even worse condition. Not only was the walk up to my room extremely unpleasant: The common spaces were exceptionally dirty, there was a strong presence of body odor in the air, and it seemed that they had not vacuumed in years. There is positively no excuse for the condition that this hotel and my room were in.

But this hotel stay experience was absolutely horrendous. I know we're in a pandemic, and life is tough. The bedside clock in the room was broken.… However, they not only still showed that I was due to check out on the 2nd day and knocked on a day where I worked a fairly late shift, I was told that I still owed $200 until I showed the clerk my booking records and receipt. Bookkeeping could stand to be improved I was initially told I would be in town for 2 days and booked accordingly through Expedia, but then my work needed a few more things done so I paid cash to extend it. Since I happened to have a bottle of Febreze, I washed the air filter and sprayed some on (which got rid of the smell), since I already unpacked all my belongings and work equipment, and I didn’t feel like moving to another room. The air conditioner not only was weak, but it smelled faintly of marijuana, which I didn’t realize until I came back from an errand. The towels are kinda grayish with dirt, some even lightly stained even if it is just to “look” cleaner”, I recommend that the towels be bleached for future customers. However, there are several aspects that could be improved: 1. I was in town for a quick maintenance project, and the only good thing about this location was that they already have your room key ready, so it was the fastest check-in experience I’ve ever had.
